About: Codey was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma at 6 years old in March of 2006. He is currently undergoing treatment through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC. He has endured hundreds of treatments, procedures and surgeries. He has been in and out of the hospital for more than a decade. Half a dozen times, Codey has been declared “N.E.D.” (No Evidence of Disease.) Unfortunately for Codey, he has relapsed each time. He is currently battling this terrible disease with everything he has but still living his life to the fullest. His parents are so very proud of him.
Special Treat: Codey is our Sam’s Kid selected for the month of April 2017. Codey is a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. When he’s not in the hospital you will often find him riding his brother’s 4 wheeler up and down his road in his hometown of Bellaire Ohio. Codey is a contributing member of the St. John Central basketball team and recently got his first start! As his special treat from Sam’s Devotions, Codey elected to received a gift card for the Men’s Warehouse, where he picked out his new suit that went well with his Mustang! Codey was stylin’ at his prom! We love you Codey!
