Sam’s Kid Nomination Page

For our first year, we sought out children to be honored as a “Sam’s Kid.” We are now accepting nominations to help more special children who are battling a life-threatening disease. We have limited resources but lots of kindness and love. We have provided tickets for the whole family to memory-making activities (Zoo, Museum, Camping Trip, Monster Jam, dinner and the movies). For those children who were unable to get out… we supplied ($100- $150 gift cards) for Toys R Us for them to enjoy a shopping spree. Check our our “Sam’s Kids” page to learn more about what we have done and to meet some of these extraordinary children. We appreciate you taking the time to help a child in need and will do our very best to give them a special day filled with smiles.  In a world where you can be anything… thank you for being so kind.
